Also, I am not sure if I should start another ticket, but I will ask you nonetheless about another issue I am having and that is the SMTP relay so we can have the from emails come from own own emails. However, I did follow the instructions, but running into an issue.

We currently use Google workspace to handle company emails, would you happen to have a direct link on how to correctly set the SMTP up for Google?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! You should be able to add a G-Mail address as your SMTP Sender Address using the process found on the User Guide below- https://www.jotform.com/help/392-how-to-use-your-gmail-account-as-your-email-sender-via-smtp

Please reach back out if you encounter any additional issues while trying to set this up.

    Thank you!

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your reply. I don't want to actually set up a @gmail.com email, rather I want to set up our company email @srtaccounting.com, so I am not sure this is the same thing.

Our company uses Google Workspaces, so I am not sure if this is a different setup.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

    Hello there,

Thank you for the follow-up! If your custom domain is housed on Google Workspace, you should follow the instructions from the previously provided User Guide. Can you please try following that process, and if you are still unable to complete the set-up, let us know at what point in the process you are running into issues?

    Thank you in advance!
