Payment method not working.

Hi, im trying to upgrade my plan but my prepaid card is not working. What is going on? I have enough money on it, why am I being declined.

Your account was suspended because of too many failed card attempts. I've just reactivated the account.

What type of prepaid card are you trying to use? If it still does not work then I would suggest that you try a different card.
