    How do I delete a question from the responses that I've already deleted from the form (but it keeps showing up anyway)?

    When I (as form builder) receive an email showing me the new submission, it includes "I do NOT want to be listed in the Directory" which was an option in the original draft of the form, but has since been deleted. Worse, when the submitter receives a confirmation email, this question is included which will lead them to think they have accidentally opted OUT of the directory, when just the opposite has happened.Why is this question still showing up after it was deleted?Form at http://www.jotform.com/form/1513847200

    It sounds like you have not edited the Email notification after you removed the field from the form.To do that edit the form, go to setup & sharing , email alerts, click on your email alert, and then customize what is send in the form. You will probably need to remove the field you deleted from the email alert you setup.

    Another possible solution to "reset" an email message is to delete it and then re-create it.

    Click on the "Delete Email" button on the lower left side of the email wizard, and then re-create email using "Add New Email" button on the "Email Alerts" button.
