Good Evening,
I am currently unable to login or stay logged in on my JotForm account. Is there something I need to change on my way to prevent this? The previous customer service representative noted that "a strict algorithm to prevent spam and phishing" is active. Is there something I am doing that is causing the system to think I am spamming?

Can this form be deleted so that I may access my account again? I will no longer ask that information if that means that I may access my account, I was not aware that using jotform to ask my clients these questions would result in my account being suspended. Thank you for your help.
