Why am I getting an error message when I test my forms.

    I've created an auto fill form for my business and published it. However, when I share the link, it lets me fill it out & then shows ERROR MESSAGE when I hit submit after filling in the blanks.

    Here's what it says: " SORRY ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED. MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS ARE DISABLED ON THIS FORM. "

    I've checked the settings and can see no restrictions on my document titled Tarot Love Reading Questionnaire. I have a heading and below it but all on the same page are six questions with a blank below each of them to answer. On the very bottom is a SAVE / SUBMIT option.

    As per checking, you have enabled Unique Submissions on your form, as such, you were prompted that you can only submit one entry.

    Kindly disable it instead:
