My additional submission limits do not show on my account

    When I incresed my limits for free I see the following notification:

    "Hi RobertMartinez, you currently have 145 submissions/month."

    But the drop down box for my name still shows 100:


    Account — Logout

    Submissions

    67 of 100 used

    Upload space

    3.30MB of 100MB used

    Payment submissions

    0 of 10 used

    Secure SSL submissions

    9 of 10 used

    Also, when does my submissions count "zero out?"

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting. I found a small glitch on your submissions limits info, not quite sure what is happening but let me assure you that it has an increased of 45 submissions as seen on your account settings page.

    Can you please try to logout from your account, clear your browsers cache and recheck it again? Please inform us here if the issue persists.
