Hi,
Our forms are giving us a live error stating that they have "exceeded allocated quota" but our monthly usage has not been hit, especially as its the 1st of the month, everything is very close to zero?
I struggle to find any reason the forms should not be active and available to our consumers, if you could let me know of a solution, that would be great.
Ive already emptied the caches of each individual website, cleared my form cache here on jotform, re-added the embed links to each website and also tried to access the forms on a different device to see does that solve the issue, but it doesnt.
