We are using a form as an online order form, requesting a credit card number. When we receive the info the middle 8 digits they are blanked. That means we need to reach out to the client to get these numbers, which defeats our purpose in the first place. How do we prevent this from happening?

The blocking out of the Credit Card number is a security measure.

There is no way to collect the full credit card information of the user using Jotform - it is prohibited by our Terms of Use.

As your form is currently holding fields that collect such data, your account will likely be suspended soon if you do not remove these fields.

You do not need the credit card information of the user to process payments using Jotform - the Payment Integration that you use in your form handles the entire payment process.

If you have a specific workflow that you'd like your form to follow, please provide more details about it and we will do our best to advise you on how to achieve your desired payment workflow without the need to collect credit card data.

    Thank you!
