why must open new account? twice and lost all the forms.

    You probably have not lost them. Do you have the URLs of the form? If you do, I can transfer them to your account.

    We allow users to create forms without logging in, and that sometimes cause these kinds of problems. But the forms are not deleted. They are still there on a separate guest account.
