How to have create signed letters via links?

    Hi,

I am trying to transfer my job acceptance letter to jot form.

I need the recruiter to input the candidate name along with recruiters signature on the form and then email the link to the candidate.

On the 2nd page of the letter, there will be a signature that the candidate must sign to confirm.

Once the recipient has completed the form, we need the manager to sign the form again to say that it has been approved.

I am struggling with assigning workflows etc, because only part of the process can be achieved the way I need it to be. For example I can send the auto email the form back to the candidate but this will require inputting email address on back end of system. I need it to be an easy link, and quick in action.

I think you can take advantage of our Approval Flow feature to accomplish this in the form.

However, I think there's missing information in the workflow that I need to know. Do you have fields in the form other than the signature area for the candidate to fill? I want to provide an example, but the method I have in mind requires an answer to this question before I can proceed.

I look forward to your reply.

    Hi Welvin,

    So the steps would be:

    1. The manager:

Inputs the name of the addressee

    Inputs the job title

    Inputs her signature

    1. The Staff Member clicks on a simple link and:

    Signature

    Date

    1. The manager then returns to the form and inputs her signature again (as a way of signing to say that this has been checked)

    Does this make sense?

The main issue is that this must be simple, the manager needs to input details specified in number (1) without having the complicated process of actually changing the structure of the form. It needs to be very fast because we complete a lot of these forms.

    Thanks in advance.

    A

    Greetings.

Since you only need signatures to be added later, you can use JotForm Approvals for this.

You can add Approve and Sign Element that will ask the user to enter the signature after they click on a link from the email notification:

Dates will be captured automatically each time the form is signed.
