Look Up formula apparently not working

Hello, I am trying to use the look up formula to take the ful names from a name column in a Contacts tab, and bring it into the names column in a Pipeline tab (see attachment pic) However, for some reason, the full names data from the name column in the Contacts tab is not being brought into the name column in the Pipeline tab. Im following the tutorial online in how to do this -

I am folowing the directions step by step, but it is not working. Help... My goal is to have all the names from the Contacts tab name column show up identically in the Pipeline tab name column. Why is it not working? Help...

I was unable to find the Table that has both the Pipeline and Contacts tab.
Could you give us a link to the Tables, so that we can take a further look?
