PDFs not attaching to email receipts

    For some reason, the PDFs are not attaching to the email receipts we get after someone fills out our form. It seems sporadic in that sometimes it works and there's a PDF attached and sometimes there's not and we have to manually go into the Jotform account PDF view and download the PDF. Any idea what could be causing this? I'm including the link below to the form that's having this issue.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced an issue with the PDF system and received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now. You should be receiving the emails with PDF attachments. If you still notice any issue, please do let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
