My Client's submission is not showing up correctly

    Hi,

    Please find below the URL Link;

    Seller Questionnaire · Tables (jotform.com).

    Submission ID is: 5011773518314262837

    When we download to a PDF format, the answer to question "Are All Seller Australia Citizen" does not come up on the PDF report. I can see client has answered the question when we click on "View", however just not on the PDF when we download it. Please see below a snip of the PDF report.

    The form the submission ID you shared is under no longer has submissions that are not deleted.

    And this could be the reason why you are having the issue you have described.

    You can try to search the submission using its submission ID on the Trashed entries of the JotForm Tables and restore it first.

    Hello,

    This issue that I am havinh is prior to the submission being deleted. I download the file into a PDF format prior to sending the submission into Trash.

    I have restored the submission and download it into a PDF again and is having the same issue.

    Hi Lyadmin,

    Kindly navigate to your PDF Editor then create a new PDF Document. Then, please delete the previous PDF Document. It should solve the issue.
