every time i try to get into the account settings to change the password and the email address submissions and info are emailed to it asks me to login again which i enter the information and the website just sits there and does nothing
i have tried on three different browsers so far please advise

Jot form is not allowing me to update my account settings, every time i click on account, it asks me to log in and i enter the correct email and password and the box just sits there and does nothing, where is support on this i need to get the account settings changed ASAP

I retested this, and I believe this issue has long since been resolved. Please let us know if you still encounter any issues.
