I can't download my submissions, and Premium account problems

    I need to download my submissions, I've tried downloading in Excel and CSV with no luck. I also have an Excel report which isn't working.

    I've been having problems downloading submissions this month. Sometimes a download dialog appears but it closes when I click the download button, other times nothing appear at all.

    I want to download my submissions daily.

    How can I download my submissions?

     

     

    I don't know if this is related to the download problem. I have a Premium account but in "My Forms", under "Account Satuts" I see a message that says "You're almost out of space! Upgrade to Premium".

    Why its telling me to upgrade to Premium if I have a Premium account?

    I'm responding myself to keep this question alive.

    Another day without downloads, this should be a joke.

     

    What's the point of Jotform if I can't download the submissions?

    Is there an Admin who can help me?

    Hi gicindus,

    I guess this is your first post. I saw your other post in another thread earlier. As discussed, please break down your submissions into more manageable quantities so that it is easier for the system to export into Excel/CSV. Please try it and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Allan,


    Thank you very much for your response. I tried selecting a subset of submissions (~400, ~100, 2) but it didn't worked either Excel or CSV.

    After that I created a new CSV report with all columns and it appear to be working. I need to download submissions daily, I'll try again next monday and will keep you informed of the results.

    What is the desirable amount for it?

    If you have a huge number of submissions say for example several thousands then it would be a good idea to break down the download. There is no specified amount, but we do have preselected timeframe for you to choose from. For more information please visit the following article from our user guide:
