I got online to find that all my products under form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32313854664961 it changed all my products into FREE, and erased all my info in it! So i went back in to fix it, retyped everything, and now it won't save! It won't let me press Save or Embed!
I desperately need this up and running ASAP! Thanks

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.There seems to be a glitch on that form that is preventing to be edited.
Please open a new form and re-type everything on it, let us know if the issue persist

I cannot tell you howmuch of an inconvience this is. I now have to rewrite EVERYTHING, take hours to fix it, then change and update links on my webpage and Facebook. This "glitch" is costing me a lot of money!
I tried to clone it (still a major pain) and it still isn't working. This form has been running since September, how can it all the sudden have a glitch?!?!

Now it is doing it an entire other form! I cannot redo all my forms! Please fix the glitch!

Is this problem already resolved? I was unable to replicate the problem in one of my own form. Upon checking forms in your account, I found it to be working fine. It does display the products and its prices:
The forms for which the URL you have shared above, one seems to be already deleted and other one is disabled but the other forms in your account seems to work fine.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.

I had to remake 3 seprate forms. Took nearly 2 hours. But Sunday is my biggest sign up day and I couldn't go all night with these three forms not working.

I have checked the 2 forms you mentioned previously
But they are now disabled and deleted.
What I suggest you can do to speed up the replication of your form (the 3 forms), is to use cloning procedure. Refer to this guide -How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
You can just clone your other working form that is almost closely similar to that forms that have issue like this one http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40187840541958
and add the paypal payment field or modify according to your requirements. You can re-create the forms faster this way because you do not need to redesign everything from scratch.
