Approval Flow: Double boxes showing up

    1. In my email set-up it's only set up for 2 buttons Approve and Ask For Revisions. But I have multiple buttons showing up. I deleted the details from the source code but it won't delete.

    Also, when they click to ask for revisions it goes to the inbox to put in comments.

    Is there a way to upload images?

    Kindly try to delete the Approval element and replace it with a new one.
