Problems with Deleting Purple Bar from Client Submission Form

When viewing the first handful of client's submissions, I noticed a rectangular purple bar underneath our logo and the form's title. I wouldn't say I liked how it looked, so I deleted it.

Now I wish I had not deleted that purple bar because it seems the deletion triggered changes. I noticed the client's fill-in-the-blank answers got moved to the end of the document rather than remaining anchored to the spot in the document where I placed the fill-in blanks.

If it is true that deleting the purple rectangular bar changed the placement of the client's answers, then how do I restore the purple bar?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! Since you have already deleted this element, I am not able to speak on whether this change could have been responsible for the other formatting changes that seem to have been made. You should be able to revert your form back to a previous version through its revision history. Please see the User Guide below for further details- https://www.jotform.com/help/294-how-to-view-form-revision-history

Please let us know once you have reverted your form back, and we can help you draft up some CSS to hide this element without fully deleting it to avoid any further resultant changes.

    Thank you!
