Cancellation of Premium Plan and JotForm Account

    Hello Jessica,

    I've cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until February 06, 2014 for the time you have already paid.

    Upon taking a closer look at your account, I found that you have already deleted your forms. I would like to inform you that if any account is downgraded the subscription is set to Free version but we do not delete your forms or submission records. It's just your submission limit will go back to 100 per month and 100MB Storage.
