I have requested for a password reset to my JotForm account associated with my e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, however, it has not sent at all. I've even checked my spam box to ensure it wasn't redirected.
How else can I obtain my login information so I can access my forms?Page URL:

Please reset your password again this time, it should be working now.
Your email ended in the bounce list due to the following reason.
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;451 Temporary local problem - please try later
Your email service provider might be down at some point by the time it receives an email from Jotform that's why it ended in the bounce list. I have now removed it so it should be fine by now.
