I have had quite a few submissions without a payment lately. When I have contacted them, they say that after pressing submit, the form does not take them to the payment page.
I have tested it, and sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. Any Idea why it is doing this?

I noticed that your product items are not required in your field. Without this, your form won't be able to process any products for payment so it no longer had to redirect your form to the payment gateway service.
To fix this, you need to set your product element as required by:
1. Edit your form
2. Click on the element for your products field
3. On the upper tool bar, set Required to ON.
This way, whoever fills up your form won't be able to continue unless they select any product.
