The contact form has been working great then stopped last week, have tried it today it passed 1 enquiry through but missed 3?
I've read something about paying for this service is this the problem before I pay up?

Upon checking your web page, I did not find any form embed there. Have you already removed it form your page?
I did check all forms in your account and did not find any issue with any of them. I did send your few test submissions successfully in some of your forms. Do you get any error when you submit your form?Please share the URL of your web page where you have your form embed. We will take a look.
Please be noted that we do not have any differences in the service quality between free and paid accounts. The only difference is the submission limits.
