Create charts for specific fields

    Hey,

I've been creating an assessment form where I'd like to show behavioural traits of students individually in their pdf editor. I am not able to do so now. Is there a work around or a widget that enables charts or bar graphs. I have tried Visual reports in Report builder but that gives a summary of all responses but I need to input specific fields in the chart and show the individuals current progress.

Hope you can understand my question.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add dynamic graphs to the PDF Submission Report. And you're correct regarding the Visual Report.

A workaround would be to export the data to Excel and use your spreadsheet app to create graphs.

Or, if you only need to put numbers here:

you can assign calculation values to the options and use the Form Calculation widget for the calculations. You can then display the calculation values in your PDF Submission Report.

If you need help with the formula, please add more detail on how you evaluate the answers. I.e., what makes a 100% "Your relationship with your school".

Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

If I use a spreadsheet to to create graphs, can I send those graphs automatically after integrating with Jotform to email the users?

    Hi again,

You can fully customize email templates to include all types of content. Auto-responder emails will automatically be sent to your form respondents upon submission instantly or on a specified later date.

I hope I have been of any help.
