I am unable to use the "Send Post data" as my organisation will not allow it / or unable to set up .PHP / MySQL on their server.
We are not allowed to use Dropbox or Googlespreadsheets etc..
Is there away i can automatically download the reports and save them to a directory on my computer?
Ifi can get the report to automatically download in a directory i can then link it to access which will import automactically.
Goal is to get my submissions into Microsoft Access without having to do manaual downloads

Unfortunately we do not have such feature where the submissions will get downloaded automatically. The closest option is to use our excel2 dropbox app which will download the submission data to your dropbox account. Take a look at this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/excel2dropbox
Now you can develop or hire someone to develop a small piece of software which will connect to your dropbox account and download the latest excel on a scheduled interval.
This is the only option I could think of at the moment.
