How do I find a template I previously used

Hello,

I used a travel booking form template to create my form. Now I would like to use that same template again and can't find it. I have gone through all of the travel templates and it is not there. Do templates get deleted from time to time? I am new to this.

Templates will be removed only if they are breaking JotForm's terms. Unfortunately, we can't know what template you have used, since there are over 10,000 templates, however, you can clone forms from your account and then modify them to your needs. You can click here to see how to clone the form.
