Geplaatst handtekening wegdoen in edit-scherm

Als iemand een handtekening heeft geplaatst in een formulier en je wil die bij een dit wegdoen , dan komt er een fout-icoontje van de afbeelding + je krijgt het veld met knop clear niet te zien.

This is an example of the error :

Someone has send his answers via the form and also placed his signature on the signature-field. When an user ( or I as admin ) wants to edit the input-data then the text-fields are shown normal , but the signature-field shows a "fault image"-icon . And the item to clear the signature is also gone.

Can you share with us the Submission ID# of that submissions so we can check?

It's when you want to Edit an entry in the inbox-page .

But also if you send an edit-link to a users if you want them to complete a form .

Example of submission ID = xxxxx . ( but it's with all forms where you use the signature field )

Then make a test submission.

Mainly is that it adds as an additional security layer of some kind.

The policy by default is that whatever is sent through the form is only accessible by the owner of the form. The downside is that it blocks also other authorized party to see the uploaded files and/or the complete submission.
