Hello, I have just created a registration form and when I "test it", it does go to my google drive; however, only part of the registration is uploaded there, so not the full pages. I've tried a couple of times and it is the same thing.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I didn't find a Google Drive integration on this form.

Can you please provide us with the URL of the problematic form so we can further investigate?

We're patiently waiting for your response.

Hello, My forms come into my google drive, but only the first few questions on my registration form. After completing multiple times, it is the same thing. I am wondering if it is because I need to pay money to Zapier? Not sure...Here is link of what I am talking about. Thank you for your help.

There is only one form in your account: https://www.jotform.com/form/211588688447069

I have cloned your form and tested on my Google drive:

As you can see, the form fields are synched to the PDF in my Google drive.

You can clone my form to verify it.

    Hello,

I"m not sure how to "clone" your file; however, I've requested to access your file. I'm not sure what the problem is as on my end in my google docs, the full form doesn't come through and always ends at the same spot. I look forward to seeing your document that I requested access to, as when I look at the screen shot, not all info is there as well.

    Thanks, Shannon:)

    Hi again,

Kindly follow the guide below to clone my colleague's form.

I will also ask my colleague to enable access to the Drive document.

I hope I have been of any help.

Thank you. I looked at the cloning, and was a bit confused as I don't even know why I am asked to clone a document. I will await having access to the document. Is your support only through chat and online? I could use talking to a real person or hiring someone to help me. I feel like I am going in circles with this. I am a teacher and technology is really not my "thing"...although I must admit at being very proud for actually creating the registration form..:) I could use help with fixing my problem and properly integrating into google contacts. Please let me know if Jotform offers more in depth help for techno challenged people like myself. Merci!

    Hello,

You guys must be really tired of me...:) Yes, I have done that many times in the last couple of days, but I will remove Google Drive again, and also look at your link. I also had looked at tutorials on that. Stay tuned....

    Hi Shannon_Bourbonnais,

My document is for testing purpose.

It is full of dummy text.

May I ask why do you need my test document?

    Look forward to your reply.

Hello, I un-linked google drive and re-linked it as you asked me to do. The problem is still there with only part of my form being downloaded into my google drive. I think I am at a road block with what I can do to try and fix this issue based on your recommendations. Does JotForm have perhaps a limit to how many pages of one document can be used for the free account? It seems that I am being limited for some reason with what I fully want to do here. Happy to have someone actually chat with me over the phone or such.

    Thanks! Shannon:)

    Hi again,

The issue was simply that the form associated PDF which gets integrated to Google Drive didn't have all fields included.

I've successfully resolved the issue on your behalf. Please send a test submission to your form and you will get a PDF document in Google Drive with all fields included.

Thank you VERY much-that's great! Also, is there a way for a regular word (non PDF) document to also be submitted into my google drive as then I can change and add to the form if needed, or send back to the sender if they wish to make some changes?

    Thanks, Shannon:)

    Hi,

You can integrate your form with Google sheet but not with word document.

Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets

Integration with Google Doc has been escalated as a new feature request in this thread:
