In Excel I can create a cell of text inside of " " and add field content within it.
Such as in the example
="Signing this acknowledgement will not result in any additional costs, cost share or liabilities to "&'Start Here'!H3&" County."
How do I do this in Jotform?

If you wish to just add text to the form, you can do that using the Paragraph field shown below.
