I have another related question. I am now using the Spreadsheet to Form Widget. I am creating a list of Character Talents for a game.
I would like the Search field (The one with Autocomplete Widget button underneath it) to be auto populated with a list of Talents from Column A of my spreadsheet. I want the player to be able to drop down a list of Talents and have the stuff auto fill based on that.
Right now, I have to type in the value of the Index row and that's a pain.

Unfortunately, there's no option to add a dropdown or search function to the widget. However, you can try this workaround. Here's a screencast sample:
You will need to add a dropdown field to the form and apply this condition: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-how-to-insert-text-or-calculation-into-a-field-using-conditional-logic
You can also replace the dropdown field and use the Autocomplete widget and see if that would work for you. Here's the widget: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/autocomp

I liked the auto complete widget. Everything works well except the choices all appear over a transparent background and it's very difficult to read!

Please add this custom CSS code to your form:
.form-autocomplete-list {
background-color: #c8d6e0 !important;
}
To add the code to your form, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-how-to-inject-custom-css-codes
You can change the hex color to your own preferences. Please try it and let us know if you need further help. Thank you!
