I accessed this form using the mobile browser on my iPad. Then I started having problems. From now I don't have access to the form. Also, I can't edit it any more because all the tools on the form are disabled. I can't open the form using the fill mode or using the edit mode, after I wrote to you asking for help. Could you help me please?

I have replied to your other thread, http://www.jotform.com/answers/319737. I would suggest updating that thread instead of creating a new one. This way, the support team would be able to troubleshoot it for you without having to look for the other threads you have. This is also to avoid confusion.
