In the Send Grid UI, select Settings > Sender Authentication In the domain authentication section, click Get Started. Next, add in information about your DNS host, and indicate whether you also want to set up link branding.

I am not sure if I have understood you question correctly. Are you adding the integration in JotForm or you are still in the SendGrid website to set up sender?
