can you attach documents to the form?

Hello Heather! I am not very about your requirement but I'll still try to answer as per my best guess:

1. If you want to attach a file with an outgoing email alerts that trigger after each submission, then you can do so by following this guide: how-to-attach-a-file-to-autoresponder-emails

2. If you want to show a download link on your form; then you can upload a file to any public service like Dropbox or GDrive and post its public link on your form using the paragraph element.
