When you reach any of your free account limits - 100 regular submissions, 10 ssl submissions, 10 payments - your forms will be disabled and will not be available for use. That means no information can be submitted on them anymore until your account's submissions counter refreshes on the first day of the succeeding month.
If waiting is not an option, you can also upgrade your account to either Premium or Professional to have your forms re-enabled and your account's limits increased.
