Why haven't my payments ceased?

    After submitting a query a few minutes ago I checked my 'account' (having finally located it) and find mine is free and I've already downgraded. Yet checking my credit card details I see that I'm still paying you and have done so for some time (£16 + per month). What's going on?

    Hello there,

    We checked your account and we confirm it's on a free plan.
    Could you please give us some information about the charge?

    We need:
    •last 4 digit number of the billed credit card
    •Visa/Mastercard/another type card
    • billing info

    Once we checked, we will be back to you with a report.
