My customers are clicking the subscribe button once and jotform submitts duplicate or triplicate subscriptions.Page URL:

I was not able to reproduce the issue.
However, that is quite unusual, especially since you have embedded your form using the Iframe, this means that the form is loaded on Jotform server-side, and responses from the submit button should not replicate.
