Hi, love you service thank you.

I have created a form that i would like to save for members of the office to complete and save the information.

My situation is I run a lettings compnay, I have created a move in sheet for our lettings team to complete prior to a tenant moving in.This captures all the infomortion we need, ideally this just needs to be saved on to the hard drive of your system. is this possible please?

    Many thanks in advance

    Robert

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, forms created by JotForm can not be used or saved for offline purposes. You need to have an internet access to be able to submit or use the forms completely.

Alternatively, you can also download your form submissions as CSV files so that you can convert the CSV file to another format.

To do this, select your form from "My Forms" page and go to Submissions Page.

Then from the Submissions Page, you can download the entire submissions as Excel(XLS), CSV or PDF format

Alternatively, we have a number of apps that is related to import or export of submissions that you can check to see if there something that you can use that fits your requirement. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you
