E-signature field is not showing

Hi. In our form "Tax Prep Questionnaire" we have a required signature area and in the past week it seems to not be working anymore. We've had two clients now who submitted their questionnaire but it shows no signature in the field.

I have tested your form and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

May we know if the form is embedded to a web page and if yes, kindly share the web page URL so that we can check?

I have also cleared your form cache.
