Why do some of my form responses come in without the PDF attached to the email?

A certain percentage of the forms come in without the PDF despite me having set everything up correctly. Why and how do I fix?

Thank you for contacting support.

Kindly note that the attachments size is limited to 5MB. This was done to improve the reliability of the email service. If the attachment's total size is more than 5mb, then the submission’s emails will be sent without attachments but with a link instead.

However, you can still download the attached files using the links included in your email notification or from your submission page.
