Submit button not working on my form - help!

    Help! My jot form is not working properly.. when anyone hits the "submit for invoice" button nothing happens. It just says "please wait". Please let me know how this can be fixed asap :) >> kristinjaremba422@gmail.com  -- Kristin Jaremba

    I cloned your form however, I was unable to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared your form cache in hopes that it helps, if the issue persists, please share the console logs.

    Also, would you mind if we make a test submission on your form?

    Please let us know the details of the device and browser you used when you encountered the issue.

    Hi,
    Apologies for the inconvenience.
    I have tested your form and was in fact able to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, I need to send it over to our development team.
    Cloning your form however seems to fix the issue, I would recommend you to clone your form and work with your clients on the cloned one.
