Issue with emailed notification of form not matching edited cloned form

    Hi,

    I have a cloned form that is an annually submitted form by our clients. I changed all of the 2020 dates and name of the form to 2021 and it has those correct dates when the form is viewed by the client. However, when I receive the form notification via my email, the pdf it sends me has reverted back to using 2020 dates.


    I've uploaded a sample view of the notification email and a URL to the actual form.

    You'll have to update the PDF document as well from the PDF Editor. Following is the link to your PDF editor.

    You can also create a new PDF document and use it instead.
