Email Notifications after submissions do not arrive

I am sending submissions, but email is not arriving. I have tried through different email domains, but nothing happens.

Thank you for contacting us.
Our email logs tell us that your SMTP settings are missing an entry in the Username field.
Please follow these guides to correct that:
