How to add terms and conditions

I have created a form and need to add the terms and conditions but can't figure where or how to save them so they can be linked to the widget.

Every pack including Free/Starter reset monthly limits on the 1st day of each month. You can always upgrade or downgrade to different plans depending on your current needs.

Once you create a form or use it from another website, all you have to do is:

1) Go to Widgets and add Terms and Conditions:

2) Open widget settings and add your link into it:
