    Hello,

Please help me prevent having my forms disabled. I've received an email stating that I've reached my limit of 10 SSL forms this month, but I don't have secure forms.

Thank you for the quick response. I know about secure forms. My forms aren't secure though. This problem will persist if they continue to be counted as secure. How can I resolve that?

Actually, they are linked to a jotform webpage:  http://form.jotform.ca/form/30743056287254 and http://form.jotform.ca/form/22844471918259

Secure webpages have 'secure' in the beginning of the address as you know. These are the only forms, in my account, with any submissions.

    Hello Ryan,

Would it be possible that you have shared the form using https://?  There are domains used by Jotform that do not use the subdomain 'secure'.  This means that as long as you have shared the form with the https:// protocol, then it will use the secure submission.  So what I suggest is to review the links shared and have it corrected. I also have restarted your SSL counter.

If you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your continued support with this issue.

I only have one webpage with any links to forms - currently in use: http://www.bigsmilescompany.com/booking-page.html

These are both the links on the page: (1) http://form.jotform.ca/form/30743056287254 and (2)  http://form.jotform.ca/form/22844471918259

I have no other webpages or links beyond this one webpage linked to two forms. I've had these links in place on this webpage for over a year and only recently did I start receiving messages that my forms are considered secure.

    Thank you.

I went into my submission settings and "send uploads to FTP" is not selected. When I click on it, I receive the message "An upload field is required for this integration"

I assume therefore that my submissions are not uploaded to FTP.

I too have had this problem and although the "secure form" box was not selected the web link I was given was https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/************. I have now changed this to http://form.jotformeu.com/form/*************, let's hope that it is now sorted.

Now not convinced that I have sorted it. It is still accepting submissions at the moment but I'm getting emails stating:

"You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month."

Could support please confirm if I have sorted the problem by changing the link to the form?
