Uploads on a form

    Hello JF -

I see that there are 2 ways to add an upload button in a form. They are the "file upload" button from the basic form elements and the second way is with the widget from "Image Uploader by Upload care." I am looking to integrate my upload button with DropBox so that files will be uploaded there but it appears that uploads to dropbox still count towards my upload quota of 100MB as part of the free account with JotForm. Is this correct or does using a service like dropbox bypass the upload quota of the free account?

    TIA .

Please note that all your submission data are saved within JotForm and data sent to Dropbox is just a copy.

You will have to delete the submissions in order to free up space in your JotForm account.

    Hello Vanessa,

Can you please confirm that if the 100MB is filled up, it can be deleted and then filled up again under the free account and this can be done over and over again?

I am expecting a lot of uploads so I need to confirm that I will be able to receive more than 100MB of files by deleting the data and allowing more submissions to be created.

    Regards,

    Greetings,

If you want to free up the upload space, you may delete the submissions received to your JotForm with uploaded files.

Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. So, we always recommend downloading your submissions first.
