Can I integrate the form to a salesforce community?

Hi There,

I am looking to implement salesforce & jotform.

I am curious is it possible to place a form on a salesforce community?

Use case:

The client logs into the community and then presses a button called 'New Case'. This walks through the jotform and at the end creates a new case with the info gathered?

Hello there, at the moment, Jotform only provides integration with Salesforce CRM software, which allows you to track and send leads to team members.
