Cannot access Partner Portal

    Hi!


    Laura Williams (Firefly Marketing) signed up to be a Solutions Partner. We were approved (yay), but I cannot find a link to the partner dashboard that doesn't give me a 404... please help.

    Hi Laura,
    Please make sure you are logged in into your approved account, and then try opening the Partner Dashboard in a new Tab.

    The approval email which dates back to last year, July 5 2021, was sent to Laura Williams (laura@marketwithfirefly.com) The email subject is "Hey Laura Williams, Your Solutions Partner Application with JotForm has been approved!"


    You can access your Solutions Partner Dashboard by logging in to your Jotform account (username: Firefly_Marketing, email: laura@marketwithfirefly.com), and checking the https://www.jotform.com/partnership/solutions/ page.

    Thank you for responding. The system may have needed some time to refresh since we changed the email address on this account to info@marketwithfirefly, but I can now access the partner dashboard.
