Please help clear upload quota, already deleted all submissions

Dear Team,

Today I deleted most of my submissions, hoping I can continue to use my form as usual, turns out, the upload limit still shows 100MB+ although I cleared the submissions and deleted all the attachments, even cleared the trash bin.

Please help as this form is central to most of what I do in my job
