Trying to update our account/general information email address

    i'm trying to update the email address associated with this account and i recieve the message, 'wrong usage'. can you please clarify what we need to do in order to change this email address from ataylor@zuriworks.org to revgreta@me.com?

    Upon checking, revgreta@me.com email is already signed up since 2019 that is why you can't change your email.

    thank you, i suspected that might be the issue. if i remove the email address revgreta@me.com but assign it as the account email will it still recieve email notices when forms are submitted?

    The form notification relies on the recipient email. You can have a different account email and still assign a different recipient address for form notification.

    If you want to use revgreta@me.com email, please send us an email using that email confirming that you want to delete the account associated with that email. Once deleted, the email should be freed and available to change for your Gretaveronica account.

    Send us an email at support@jotform.com with "Thread 3204900" in the subject line and put in the email body that you want to delete the gsesheta account.
