Pipedrive Integration: customer name is required error when testing

    Hi,

    i build some Forms but now I have the problem that either there is missing the "costumer name" or "deal titel" altough it is filled out respectively I can´t find the "costumer name" in the form see attechment.

    Hope for help.

    Ad On: I deleted the cache of my browser locked out and in again and resettet the integration problem is still existing.


    I switched the browser from chrome to firefox - same deleting the cache etc. - problem is still existing

    I've tried integrating my Pipedrive account to your cloned form, however, I was not able to reproduce the problem.

    Hi,

    Can you please try with another browser or try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first then attempt to re-setup the integration.

    If that doesn't work, try not to submit a test submission and just save the integration. You can then try submitting the form to see if the integration works as expected or not.

    If the above doesn't work, can you please confirm if you have any custom fields in Pipedrive and check if the field is set to mandatory?

    The test process may be leaving the field empty since it is not a required field in Jotform, could you try setting the field to required in Jotform then testing the integration?

    Hi there,

    Could you try again by deleting your test submissions in your form? Such an error can be received when some fields are empty or incorrect.
