Hubspot pre-fill contacts not showing up

I have the Hubspot prefill running but only a small number of contacts are showing up when you search for the contacts. I use myself (Todd) as a test contact and I have 3 different entries yet not one shows up in the prefill search.

I'd love to use this but I can't with none of the contacts I'm currently working with showing up.

Still missing every contact I am currently working with. Is there a limit to how many contacts HubSpot will send over?

You can see I, and a few other Todd's show up in HubSpot records. But in jotform there are none

I've just tried the same in a clone of your form and I'm able to see all the contacts in HubSpot.

Kindly delete the integration and reintegrate HubSpot. Should you need further assistance then please let us know.

I deleted it and went to redo the pre-fill and I saw this. I do not have 2 hubspot accounts. Thoughts?

I use the pick a different account feature and authorized the only HubSpot account I have and picked contacts. I still did not show up nor did other contacts I am currently working with.

To clarify when you're integrating you are getting some but not all of your contacts showing up? Or are you not getting any contacts at all?

I have 3000 contacts in Hubspot and some but not all are showing up. It seems the most recent are not in there

It might need some time to show all the contacts. Kindly check again if all the contacts are visible now. As it is showing the contacts now so it should show all of them.
